Rare, so no worries: A person who has anxiety and has fear of brain aneurysms (without any normal reason to be fearing brain aneurysms) doesn't have an aneurysm problem, but instead has a phobia. A phobia (excessive, irrational fear) can be of one of many kinds, and in this case happens to be of brain aneurysms. The problem is a psychological one, and so are its exam and treatment. It has nothing to do with aneurysms.

: There  is no risk of aneurysmal rupture if you do not possess a congenital berry aneurysm of significant size.  If you are  worried about  the adverse consequences of your  current training, work with an exercise physiologist to design an appropriate program.

A brain aneurysm: is an out pouching of one of the vessels inside of the brain.  The biggest concern is if this were to rupture.  This in turn, could cause a person to loose consciousness.  Monitoring and a discussion with a neurosurgeon about risks and potential for surgery would be warranted depending on size and severity.

Crikey, Juan!: Exercising doesn&#x27;t cause brain aneurysms. NOT exercising also doesn&#x27;t cause brain aneurysms. Sedentary people are MORE likely to get &quot;clots&quot; than active people. A healthy 18-y/o has nothing to fear from exercise. It sounds like you have more of a problem with severe anxiety &amp; catastrophic ideation than with exercise. You may want to consider addressing that.
