Ringing /tinnitus: Tinnitus often comes & goes without obvious cause. How loud, how frequent can vary with anxiety and anger. If the lexapro/escitalopram was prescribed for an anxiety disorder then it might reduce tinnitus by reducing tension and emotional reactivity. Some other anti-anxiety/antidepressant medication has been shown to help some people with tinnitus, notably nortriptyline and other tca.

Possibly 3-5 days: Tinnitus (ringing in the ears) is not a common side effect of Lexapro, (escitalopram) but can be triggered by anxiety or other drugs like aspirin or NSAIDS.  It may not be due to the Lexapro, (escitalopram) but most such side effects subside after 3-5 days.  If you took any other meds, stop those, and see if it gets better.  If still there after a week, talk to your doctor re a different antidepressant. Good luck!

have a double ear infection, take 20mg lexapro (escitalopram) daily, is it ok to take advil short term while sick?

With monitoring: Lexapro (escitalopram) and Advil need to be monitored when taken together as each increases the toxicity of the other due to added drug effects. It is typically recommended that you do not take them together due to increased risk of upper GI bleeding. I would suggest that you seek medical consultation prior to taking both given your IBS and blood pressure issues, as well as other medications that you are taking.

on lexapro 5mg 3 days, 4th day day taken off lexapro because of bad reaction. now 4 days off it. i'm feeling dizzy and off balance. also have had a minor ear canal injury that bled 2 weeks ago. could this withdrawal or a ear problem?

: Would favor ear problem, specifically in the presence of recent ear bleeding versus a different related or unrelated condition with lexapro withdrawal least likely, given dose and duration of treatment. Call your prescriber: Please call the person who prescribed these meds.  There is no information I have been able to find that amocillin interacts with lexapro. The idea is to stop the serotonin to get relief, If the addition of the amoxicillin caused the problem I would d/c that and call your prescriber, though it sounds like you are getting better.

i was given neomycin-polymyxin-hc ear susp for fluid in ear and bulging ear drum. i am taking dymista, zyrtec, lexapro (escitalopram) & singulair. is this safe? side effects? can this make me more dizzy? i'm nervous

It is safe: Should not interact with your meds and not make you more dizzy . Bulging eardrum??! Sounds like you needed oral antibiotics . Are you sure that's what the doc said??

Stress: It is a possibility that you have myofacial pain syndrome due to due to the excessive stress. Lexapro (escitalopram) is a great medication to mange the stress. Watch your weight and do some physical activity.

see an orofacial pain specialist for evaluation and possible muscle relaxant rx. 
See your psychiatrist for antidepressant medication management.
