Yes: Yes you can under the supervision of your physician. Lexapro (escitalopram) is an antidepressant which also helps with anxiety/panic attacks in the long run when you remain adherent to your medications. Ativan is used only as a rescue medication only to be taken as needed for times when you have breakthrough anxiety. With regular Lexapro (escitalopram) use, your anxiety or panic attacks should decrease in frequency.

Probably safe: Zyrtec is supposed to be a non- drowsy antihistamine, but it does sometimes cause slight drowsiness which could be worsened when combined with Ativan so definitely do NOT take both when you have to drive or operate machinery - at least until you determine that the combination does not make you drowsy.  Lexapro should be pretty neutral on drowsiness

Tegretol: induces its own metabolism by increasing the 2DP P450 liver enzyme system. This may lead to an increase in the metabolism of other agents like Ativan and Lexapro (escitalopram)

Most likely: The interaction is likely minimal to none and it should be safe. Any medication that acts on the central nervous system may subtly change the senses in a way that may make the binaural beats qualitatively different with uncertain ramifications for the effectiveness of the binaural beats although there is nothing that I am aware of that is described in the medical literature about their interaction.

How much?: The effects of alcohol mixed with meds are usually additive. Depending on the individual's biodhemistry drinking might be safe - but you would need to be careful about quantity. Think about dirnking - but less.
If you or family members have drinking problems, then drinking at all is a gamble.

Prilosec!: Prilosec can cause elevated gastronomic levels.  Could be that.  There are other causes but this drug is a culprit to cause this.

Under physician care: Never stop an antidepressant without  the blessings of your prescribing doctor. Lorazepam if taken for more than  2 months should be tapered down to 05 mg a day for 2-4 weeks before it is stopped. Stopping an antidepressant for depression: if you've had one episode risk for recurrence is 50% over 15 years, 2 episodes and risk is 70 %, 3 episodes in 90% risk of relapse, at which point most stay on.
