Under physician care: Never stop an antidepressant without the blessings of your prescribing doctor. Lorazepam if taken for more than 2 months should be tapered down to 05 mg a day for 2-4 weeks before it is stopped. Stopping an antidepressant for depression: if you've had one episode risk for recurrence is 50% over 15 years, 2 episodes and risk is 70 %, 3 episodes in 90% risk of relapse, at which point most stay on.
