UTI. Pyelonephritis?: Your urinalysis is diagnostic for a urinary tract infection, and with flank pain, it probably involves the kidney (medical term pyelonephritis). It's fairly serious; you need antibiotic treatment right away, maybe even hospitalization for IV antibiotics. Contact your doctor immediately (it's Sunday, but probably someone is on call); or go to a hospital emergency room. Do not delay. Good luck!

Blood and urine: I think you mix the result of blood work and urine test here- that makes it a bit confusing. You have blood in the urine and 6 WBC and negative leukocyctes esterase. That means either you have bladdder irritation or you may have contamination here. Did you have your period when you did this urine test? If this is clean catch- need to repeat urine test imaging  and perhaps see urologist.

Urinalysis: Cloudy urine and urine containing white blood cells(leukocytes) don't necessarily signify a urinary tract infection. The white cells may be contaminants from a vaginal infection or discharge. A clean catch urine culture would rule in or out a urinary tract infection. If you have a vaginal discharge, see your gynecologist and he/she can order any appropriate urinary tests if no vaginal infection

Labs only part of it: Labs are best interpreted in the clinical context -so depending on 'what' symptoms you have or don't have that is the right way to interpret this information. Just looking at your urine studies I'm not really impressed with anything -probably you need to drink a little more water. If you had urinary symptoms though, that's where you need to home in. Given your CRP is up slightly I would follow it.

my dip stick urine test showed trace of blood. it was sent to lab and it came back flagged bacteria (few), blood (small), mucous (moderate), leukocytes esterase neg, nitrate neg, ph 5, protein neg, wbcs, urobilinogen all normal. should i be worried?

: Unfortunately your urine studies are non-diagnostic, suggesting blood in urine or hematuria, otherwise relatively common and seen in a variety of conditions. Your physician should be best to place above results in proper context.

Minor infection: Leukocytes (white blood cells) in the urine often indicate an infection of the genito-urinary tract. They release an enzyme called leukocyte esterase. If it is present in trace (very small) amounts, it does not need further treatment. If you have symptoms, such as burning on urination or frequent urination, you will need antibiotics.
