No pain: most LGSIL's resolve on their own. Abnormal Pap smears do not cause pain. you may want to have a repeat Pap smear soon.

Given that...: ...May need additional evaluation and/or tissue. Discuss your individual case with your doc, and/or endocrinologist. They can advise if you need a surgical biopsy or more extensive removal of thyroid.

is exposure to hsv2 different than contraction of hsv2? an aprn told me that positive blood tests only confirms exposure to hsv, but not necessarily that you have hsv2. is this true? she also said only 100% accurate test is culture test of sore/lesio?

: The ARNP misunderstands herpes and HSV2. The blood test is positive only in people who have been infected with the virus. Exposure without infection does not cause a positive result. The 100% accuracy issue is complicated. If strongly positive, the blood test is nearly 100% accurate, but less strongly positive results often are false. Consider a new question that includes your test numbers.

Possible: Most varicella zoster infections have the classic  "shingles" appearing rash.  However, there are reported cases where there may be the pain and parasthesias along a dermatome with a minor faint rash (without lesions) or barely any rash at all, and a positive titer.

No: Bacitracin is active against bacteria, herpes is a viral infection.  There are other medications that help in controlling genital herpes.

No: Bacitracin is used to treat bacterial skin infections.  Genital herpes is caused by the herpes virus, which is treated with antiviral medications.

Not really: Acyclovir cream is used for oral herpes. It is not useful for genital herpes. You need to take acyclovir by mouth for genital herpes.

On a stalk: Pedunculated lesions (in the colon, on the skin, etc) are growths (either benign or malignant) that stick out from the surface ( ie they are on a stalk).  This contrasts with growths that are flat on the surface of the skin or membrane.

any docs familiar with tumefactive multiple sclerosis? ever seen a persistently enhancing lesion? 4cm lesion 5yrs enhancement. rr symptoms. 5 ocb.

Generic response: "Tumefactive" lesions are not uncommon in MS, and may be associated with even very potent medications.  From your description, would presume your diagnosis is correct for R/R MS, but the lesion in question may be a co-morbidity, such as a vascular malformation, a brain 
glioma, or even a nidus of infection, such as abscess.  Need to see your neurologist and go through careful and thorough testing.
