Herpes isn't that easily transmitted. This is no risk at all. You'll never catch anyone's genital herpes unless you have sex with that person.

Oral HSV1 is very common in children, but they catch it mostly from their parents' or siblings' oral herpes, not genital; or from contact with other infected children at school, playgrounds, etc.
