The herpes virus can occasionally be spread when there are no symptoms due to a phenomena known as viral shedding.
It is possible for a person to carry the herpes virus without knowing that they have it, in fact, up to 80% of people who are infected show no symptoms.

Coaitng or vescles?: A yeast infection is characterized by an inflammed mucosa with a white coating that can be wiped off.  Herpes is characterized by small vesicles which are very painful and are red or   inflammed.

Herpes genitalis: It would be unusual for herpetic lesions to heal in 2 days.  Without seeing these impossible to diagnose.  See a doctor.

Little or no risk: Autoinoculation of herpes simplex virus (HSV) to another part of the body is very rare once infected more than a few weeks. People with recurrent oral herpes never transmit it to their genital area; and gential herpes is not transmitted to the mouth, face, etc. However, someone with say oral HSV1 can acquire genital HSV2 from a partner and vice versa. When this happens, usually it's quite mild.

: Herpes outbreaks will recur in the same area, and your description of the outbreaks is consistent with that. It would be most helpful to have these looked at when they are happening, get cultures done, and possibly get blood drawn for antibodies. If Herpes can be definitely confirmed then there are effective management options.

Herpes: The answer depends on the type, frequency and severity of your symptoms.  Generally, acyclovir is indicated for treatment and prophlylaxis of recurrent herpetic infections.  Getting to the bottom of why you have recurrent episodes is important also.

i have a recurrent general herpes type 1 and i am needing a prescription for an antiviral and lignocaine gel. ?

Recurrent herpes: The recommended treatment for recurrent oral or genital herpes due to HSV1 is valacyclovir (Valtrex) 2 grams, repeated in 12 hours. Lignocaine might help a little until the valacyclovir kicks in, but not much; petroleum jelly probably will work just as well.
