Unusual for your age: Your symptoms are quite unusual for a 17 year old patient. These symptoms suggest cardiovascular disease with narrowing of arteries supplying the lower extremities and heart, conditions which don't cause symptoms at 17 years of age. Severe obesity could cause symptoms like this without cardiovascular disease. You need to see your physician as soon as possible for a careful evaluation.

Not really: The body doesn’t like to move through a painful area, but that is not weakness. This should be evaluated. Fibromyalgia is associated with other systemic condition such as RA, and you need to be certain that the fibro condition exists alone

See neurologist!: You do not say what kind of docs you have seen and what sort of work-up you have had.  Have you had a MRI of your brain?  Have you seen a neurologist?  Please do both, if either have not been done.  If you have see a neurologist, and not gotten an answer that is clear to you, please get a second or even a third opinion. Doctor can examine: A person with such symptoms can write down his symptoms on a calendar diary and show it to his primary care doctor or to an orthopedic doctor. Include details as what each symptom is, how it started, what makes it better or worse, any therapy tried, any meds tried, any associated foods, any past medical history, etc... If really bad symptoms, the ER may help too.

See doctor for meds: BAck pain is common and reported by 80% of patients.  NSAIDS such as naprosyn (naproxen) or motrin are helpful.  Sitting is often worse and standing up especially with on leg on a step oftern helps.  your doctor will examine the back and can give you helpful muscle relaxants that will aid work and sleep.  Time usually makes it better.  Exercises help some

Very possible : Yes, very possible. That is a (relatively) high dose of prednisone. In anybody, but especially in the elderly, prednisone can cause a wide variety of neurological and muscoskeletal side effects

Unlikely that symptoms would include the arms and legs as well as altered gait to the point of having trouble walking. This should be evaluated very soon by a physician.
