Stomach flu: is the second most common illness kids get, after common cold. the common symptoms are vomiting, diarrhea, and/or fever. the condition usually last up to 21 days. Good rest, lots of fluids and Tylenol (acetaminophen) OTC for pain management will help your girl to recover. If concerned call your doctor for evaluation and treatment.

i am having shooting but brief left arm, jaw [both sides] and left leg pain. i fear a heart problem. do i see a doctor?

Sure: You don't feel well, have symptoms, and would like an answer - that's what doctors are for.  (but rest easy: the likelihood that  those symptoms being your heart at your age is too close to zero to calculate)

See a doctor: It seems you have seen a doctor already?  The symptoms you are describing can range from simple anxiety to an underlying medical problem.  It is best to discuss the results of tests and symptoms with your doctor.

Yes: Yes, this is fairly common and will usually resolve over the next two weeks with no intervention.  However, rarely damage to the artery at the groin site can lead to a fistula or recurrent hematomas and if the pain persists it should be evaluated by a doctor.

PVD: Peripheral vascular disease is related to the systemic circulation and technically isn't 'heart disease'.  It is vascular disease albeit the heart is an essential part of the vascular system. Claudication is a symptom produced when the vascular disease is severe enough to cause it. Many people have pvd, they don't all have claudication.

Yes: But wouldn't wait. Need to see a doctor sooner. No other heart issues is not sufficient of a statement and even if u were a doctor, you still need a cardiac work-up that includes, at least, an electrocardiogram. I would go to an urgent care center or emergency room.

Usually an emergency: Severe leg pain in an uninjured college-aged person is often an emergency because doctors want to evaluate to see if there is a leg blood clot. Such a clot can break off a chunk, flow to the lungs, and be fatal. There are other causes of such leg pains, but always rule out the potentially lethal ones first. Bring any current medications to show the ER doctor, and explain the symptom timeline.
