Discuss w surgeon: The bac pain is probably normal postop pain. The numbness of the leg needs evaluation. There are a couple of nerves that can get compressed during hysterectomy which can cause this. Schedule a follow up appt.

Swelling, : Swelling, itching, and pain in the legs that gets worse with standing is a pretty classic picture of venous outflow problems.  This can happen with blockage (say, if you developed blood clots during or after your surgery), or if you have developed abnormal function in the one-way valves in your leg veins.  It would not be picked up on an MRI of the spine or on a bone scan.  Instead, you would need an ultrasound examination of your legs.

i had a hysterectomy at age 30, 8 years ago now, july 2019 had my ovaries, fallopian tubes removed. hrt for few years now, terrible side effects, so had to stop. endometriosis still persists, my leg pain is horrible its hard to walk and sit?

HRT side effects ?
: HRT after hysterectomy and bilateral ovarian removal can activate endometriosis implants unaffected by removal of ovarian function, causing severe pelvic pain.  Leg pain can be associated with clots, also possible secondary to HRT.  See your gyn provider, who may recommend stopping HRT and other potential tests for leg pain, at least for time to reduce endometriosis remainders.

Atrophy?: Atrophic vaginitis or desquamative vaginitis can cause the vaginal symptoms, as can other infections besides yeast, like bacteria and viruses. The treatments are all very different, so you'd need a gyn specialist to sort it out. As far as the llq pain, it may or may not be related, but it could be caused by a stone, or an ovarian cyst. But a kidney stone wouldn't cause vaginal burning.

Lymphedema: Sounds like a disruption of the lymph tracts that "drain" excess fluid in the tissues.    Any surgery can cause this, including a hysterectomy.

i have achy pain in my legs and a spotty showing 12 years after a partial hysterectomy.

Post-hyst spotting: These symptoms could have one or more causes, and a doctor needs to see you to gather more information. In a partial hysterectomy,  the uterus is removed but the cervix is left intact.  No further bleeding is expected, even if the ovaries are left in.  The doctor would check the cervix for bleeding at the surgical site, and would make sure the leg pain is not from edema from a hormone change.

Get examined: You need to get examined by a GYN MD preferably the GYN surgeon who did your hysterectomy. He/she will be familiar with your pelvis and will know what is or is not normally present.  Pelvic adhesions are a likely concern.
