I do not know: It may have nothing do with the TAH, or it may. Possibly lying on the operating table for the time of surgery caused an irritation of the muscle groups in your low back causing an increasing inflammation, which is now irritating the nerves and causing your symptoms, or after the surgery, you were less mobile and the back pain started from that. Either way, get an eval to see what the issue is.
