Sounds sciatic: The nerve running from spine to leg is easily irritated if you have any disc problems and even just from sitting. 
Look up sciatica and piriformis and try some of the exercises.  Use heat if it helps and acetaminophen as directed.  If it is very severe or you have numbness or weakness in the leg or the pain goes down the leg, you should see someone to have your nerve connections and discs checked

Leg pain: It is hard to make a diagnosis without proper history or examination. However, from your description this may need urgent attention. A deep venous thrombosis or clot inter calf veins can be a serious and sometimes fatal condition.  Check with your doctor immediately for proper diagnosis and care. Hope you feel well soon.

back of leg touched the bottom of toilet seat when sitting on it, i washed with soap in shower afterwards, will it kill the germs or will i get sick?

Prevention: Its really good that you washed the area with soap and water. Even though it does not kill all the germs, in a general healthy person this is good as long as skin is intact. You can also use antibacterial soap as well but still not all germs die. And that does not mean that you would get sick either. You have taken the right measures.

Yes or No: If you did not remember hurting, then this may be unlikely. Sometimes planter fasciitis can cause pain too. Does it hurt early morning? Do you have any swelling or redness?

Contact allergy?: Did you wear a new clothing item or used a new laundry detergent? If the rash is limited and not spreading, it may be related to that. It can also be a reaction to a medication you are taking. I would suggest calling your doctor.

It sounds like: Sciatica or pinched nerve which maybe related to arthritis, slipped disc or narrowing of the spinal canal. Diabetes is a remote possibility. See your dr for an accurate diagnosis. Take care!

You may have more: Than one problem. The differential diagnosis includes: plantar fascitiis, tarsal tunnel syndrome, Achilles tendonitis, radiculopathy of lower back. 
I would recommed you see a doctor for follow up with an in person exam.

Pinched nerve: You have a pinched nerve in your lower spine until proven otherwise. You require assessment by a neurologist, neurosurgeon or orthopedic spine surgeon. This doesn't mean you need surgery--in fact do your best to avoid needing it by beginning diagnosis and therapy.

Possible fasciatis: You may have plantar fasciatis. If you get out of bed and get burning and / or shooting pain at the heel of your foot and up your leg -- likely this is what you have. Get to a podiatrist right away for diagnosis and treatment. If you do not, it will usually get worse and take longer to heal. I have had this.
