Burning sensation from bottom of buttocks down the back of leg. doesn't go past back of knee. nerve? just started when i sat down.

It sounds like: Sciatica or pinched nerve which maybe related to arthritis, slipped disc or narrowing of the spinal canal. Diabetes is a remote possibility. See your dr for an accurate diagnosis. Take care!
