should i worry about a lymph node in left supraclavicular even if it has almost 95% shrinked?

Supraclavicular node: Supraclavicular nodes are considered suspicious in that they often are swollen in cases of a malignancy, etc. I've had a patient or two in who no cancer was found. If there is a determined reason for their swelling and they're shrinking, then you may not worry. If there are other ones enlarged or the cause is undetermined, i'd recommend consulting with a doc to have the peace of mind.

Monitoring Centers: Lymphatic system absorbs/carries things too big to go into the arteries/veins like bacteria eaten by white cells and digested food. Lymph nodes "taste" the lymph for anything bad  like bacteria/viruses/cancers, etc. When it detects a problem, it alerts the immune system and your body reacts.  They enlarge in response to the inflammation they create when they react.  They shrink when all is well.

Cannot tell: A large supraclavicular node may be due to many different things, and whether it needs to be biopsied depends on whether "hard" means stony hard, whether it is fixed to underlying tissues, tender, continuing to enlarge, how long it has been there and many other things will influence decision-making.  See your doctor and get this taken care of.

can it be normal palpable lymph nodes supraclavicular left side, 2-3 like buckshot, 1-2 pea size, 1 soft about 1cm. movable. 48 y.o. female.

Get checked: Differential diagnosis includes HIV, LGV, Lymphoma, TB or Nearby Infection of the head and neck! The infection could be bacterial, viral or fungal!

Watch and wait: Check the node, no more than once in two weeks. If it more than doubles in size or additional lymph nodes appear, see a doctor. Otherwise watchful waiting is okay.

my right supraclavicular fossa is a lot fattier and tougher to the touch than the left. i'm not able to feel any lymph node or anything. is this normal?

: Fullness or swelling of the supraclavicular area accompanied by a hard feeling on touch raises a question of  possible growth or tumor in this area.
Although you do not feel any mass in this area, I would advise you to seek medical attention and let your primary care physician check this area for you. It is hard to be sure if there is a abnormal growth in this area unless you are a medical person.

Not likely: Lymph nodes which enlarge are not necessarily, and in fact rarely infected, but are responding to a regional inflammation by fighting whatever is producing the inflammation.  Lymph nodes can become infected, just like any other area of the body, but if they are it is unlikely that the size will go down.

ENLARGED NODE: NEEDS TO BE EVALUATED.  NOT NORMAL, AND SHOULD BE OF CONCERN. SOONER RATHER THAN LATER.

i have a palpable left supraclavicular lymph node that i first noticed 4 days ago.  it is around 1cm, moves (squirms) around, and was initially tender?

EVALUATION: A supraclavicular lymphadenopathy needs to be evaluated sooner than later so get this checked out by your physician. Good luck
