Supraclavicular node: Supraclavicular nodes are considered suspicious in that they often are swollen in cases of a malignancy, etc. I've had a patient or two in who no cancer was found. If there is a determined reason for their swelling and they're shrinking, then you may not worry. If there are other ones enlarged or the cause is undetermined, i'd recommend consulting with a doc to have the peace of mind.

Supraclavicular node: As long as the node is shrinking and you have no other suspicious nodes i would just watch. If begins to flare up i would certainly consider a biopsy.

Shrinkage of the: Lymph node likely suggests a benign condition. Follow up with your dr for reassurance. Take care!
