Twitching: Twitching alone within an extremity is not a reasonable indication of a heart attack or stroke. While it is possible to have either at 33 your age makes this less likely without a family history of this and especially without any other symptoms. If the twitching persists discuss it with your doctor. Generally twitching is not a concern but in rare cases it could be something more serious like MS.

Possibly: A 37 year old female is unlikely to have a heart attack unless she has other underlying health issues ie. Diabetes, cholesterol disorder, autoimmune disease etc. However such symptoms should be evaluated by a doctor in an emergency room setting - ideally shortly after they start.

Nerve/Tendonitis: This is probably due to some activity that resulted in a strain.   I would have 
an EKG , check with your family physician.

Highly unlikely...: With a history of Panic Disorder the tingly symptoms could be associated. However,  it is highly unlikely that one is having a heart attack. Best to see PCP for a good medical Evaluation and management and talk with the Psychologist/ Psychiatrist to sort out other issues. At 28 y/o there is so much life to live that Panic Attacks should not get on One's way.

Many things: Pain in the left arm associated with a heart attack is caused by referred pain from the heart via the nerves.  Although left arm pain may be associated with a heart attack, it is not a criterion for its diagnosis.  More important is the circumstances surrounding the l arm pain.  Other causes include musculoskeletal - arthritis, myositis, impingement, trauma, nervous system - neck disc disease etc.

Reffer pain: Nerves from damaged heart tissue convey pain signals to spinal cord levels t1-t4 on the left side, which happen to be the same levels that receive sensation from the left side of the chest and part of the left arm. The brain isn't used to receiving such strong signals from the heart, so it interprets them as pain in the chest and left arm.

Only your dr knows: It's good that your ekg is normal. However, women tend to present differently than men, meaning they have more subtle findings oftentimes, and don't have the traditional elephant-sitting-on-the-chest syndrome. Many women are sent home from the er, only to have the heart attacks occur at home. So, make sure that your doctor is aware of your concerns, and rule out it being  musculoskeletal too.
