It means you should : Many things potentially, and its foolish to think we will know the answer without a lot more informaiton, history, physical exam, and maybe other tests. From panic attacks with a bruised knee to severe blood clots in the lung and everything in between. Do you smoke? Use oral contraceptives? TAKE HEART!: Though you are only 34 years old, you had multiple cardiovascular risk factors (risk factors for heart disease and "heart attack").  These symptoms, regardless of your age, are VERY CONCERNING and need prompt evaluation.  If you are having these symptoms now, go to the emergency department at once!

Who says it isn't: Who says it isn't heart related. How long have you had this. Is this  acute? Evet though you are  young if you have not had an evaluation then heart  needs to be ruled out. If this is a chronic problem then you need a more involved  workup including  musculoskeletal and neurological studies.
