Mold in house: can certainly impact your breathing.  Please see your doc who may test you.  Please tell him/her about the lack of sensation in your arm.  That MAY be a medical emergency.  See doc now but don't panic.  Peace and good health.

why do i keep getting a dead like left arm n pins n needles when i use great strength. ? i fractured my arm nearly two yrs ago would that be why

Pins and needles: Maybe your fracture is causing the problem but you may have a pinched nerve somewhere else like your neck. Check with your doctor and maybe get a nerve test (emg).

Cardiac or not?: Your symptoms could represent a lesion within the cervical spine.  However one must always be mindful of cardiac problems.  Left upper extremity pain and/or numbness is not likely to be cardiac if the hand is involved.

If you have any symptoms of shortness of breath, sweating, nausea, or jaw pain then seek immediate medical treatment.  If not emergent then please get an evaluation soon.

See MD ASAP: Take him to a doctor ASAP.  Could be a spreading bacterial infection in need of antibiotics and or a higher level of care.  To the emergency room if you can't see a doctor immediately

im having a tight chest, heavy feeling, sometimes a burn sensation. also sometimes a "dead" feeling in my left arm. this feeling comes and goes... for the last 3 weeks. the first day was extremely uncomfortable and needed bed rest.

i went to the docter on the 31 desember. for pain in my calf. they did a sonar and said its two clots in my muscle not in my vains. since then my calf is still sore. wake up now with a very numb dead left arm 1.5 hour ago. arm is movable but bit numb?

Go to ER...: You need to go to an emergency room and find out if you have a blood clot in your arm or if you are having a more systemic problem-like a blood disorder leading to blood clots. You may need to be on blood thinning medication to prevent more blood clots that can lead to strokes, heart attacks, lung clots, etc. So, go to the nearest emergency room now for further evaluation and treatment. Stabbed: What did you do before it happened?  Has it happened before?  This can be caused by various things.  Not being there to interview you or examine you doesn't help.  Better see your PCP if this is concerning to you.
