Not to worry: Crampy pain during procedure if you're not under anesthesia, some bleeding after, like a period. 
Your doctor should also provide instructions and information in the post procedure paperwork.

i was diagnosed with hpv over twenty years ago & had a leep conization preformed do i still have the virus &  can i give it to someone?

2 schools of thought: There are two schools of thought in regards to hpv.     One school believes that your immune system "contains" the virus and as such you may have no symptoms.     But, if things change, the virus can "temporarily escape" and you become infectious.      Another school of thought is the belief that the virus can be completely iradicated from the body.     I believe the first school personally.

Depends on…: Whether conization eliminated all of virus. Was follow-up done to check for presence of more virus? If no virus present, u can't pass what doesn't exist. If any virus still present, then it can be passed. Virus can also exist in mouth, throat, anus—areas that also need to be checked.

i had a conization of the cervix done today. doc says i shouldn't go to class for a few days, but i really don't want to miss more class! can i go?

Up to you: Chances are that nothing would happen.  The principle risk is sudden heavy bleeding.

Normal: 40% of women have a cervix tilted downwards, which a normal thing.  The leep had no effect.

i had a leep procedure 2 months ago, i hade grade 3 severe case, they accidentally nipped my cervix wall because i jumped but they said it would be ok?

LEEP: By your description, they accidentally hit your vaginal wall with the leep loop. It should heal absolutely fine.  Some bleeding would be common after that.

Yes always: But may or may not be significant hopefully you are just getting a leep and not a cold knife cone which is worse.

Short Cervix: After a leep procedure, it is not unusual to have a shortened cervix that may be challenging for your doctor to evaluate. Unfortunately, how your body responds to the surgery is something that you may not have control of.  If your pap smear has inadequate cells because of stenosis (closed cervix), some hormonal cream may be applied to facilitate the opening of the cervix.

what causes shooting type feeling in the cervix 3 months after a leep for cin 2&3 :)?

Maybe surgical pain : Remember, You had a piece of your cervix cut out with your leep procedure. You may feel pain for some time after that procedure as your cervix heals. It is possible that you also have scarring that is felt with orgasm or menses. Try a nonsteroidal pain medication like Ibuprofen or Naproxen . Hopefully that will help

i was diagnosed with cinll from an ecc and my leep came back with no dysplasia. does this mean that it has resolved, or she might not have gone deep enough in cervix to remove?

Could be both: It could be both of your answers. Mild dysplasia (CIN I) has been known to spontaneously  reverse the process and become normal epithelium again. It could also be that the initial pap/biopsy was incorrect prior to the  LEEP procedure. It would still be a good idea to return for frequent pap smears and followup within 6 months to be certain of the absence of  recurrent CIN.(dysplasia)
