Maybe surgical pain : Remember, You had a piece of your cervix cut out with your leep procedure. You may feel pain for some time after that procedure as your cervix heals. It is possible that you also have scarring that is felt with orgasm or menses. Try a nonsteroidal pain medication like Ibuprofen or Naproxen . Hopefully that will help
