See urologist: It is unusual for a 16 year old to leak after urinating. You may try waiting a about 30 seconds after you think you finished urinating, contract pelvic muscles to expel any urine in the urethra. If that does not help, it would be prudent to see a urologist.

: It could be functional or an early symptom of an enlarged prostate (BPH). You can first try to stop the dribbling with a complete voiding, no rush, at the end of the task, try to contract the bladder more by contracting the pelvic floor muscles, same like practicing pelvic floor exercises, then milking the urethra from the penile base to the tip. If it's ineffective, see a urologist for r/o BPH.

Mild : Mild incontinence is not uncommon after multiple pregnancies.  Vaginal rejuvenation procedures in general enhance the external appearance of the labia or laxity of the vagina.

Incontinence is due to urine escaping from the bladder into the urethra from increases in pressure; the normal urethra pathway can be permanently stretched from pregnancies, delivery, weight gain, or just aging.  A urologist is the type of doctor to see to best address this concern.

Urologist: Billy there are multiple good urologists in Utah depending on where you live. Leaking sperm is not necessarily an abnormal finding. If you live in Salt Lake or vicinity Dr. Lane Child's is very good.  I went to Med school with him.  In Utah County Dr. Pat Kronmiller and his partners are good, I have worked and referred patients to them for 20 years.

Post0void dribble: Only "normal"cause for post-void dribble in boys is upward pressure from underpant elastic waistband on underside of penis. Dribble occurs when penis is released &amp; urine remaining trapped in urethra is released. Uncommon causes of post-void dribble are urethral stricture or bladder or urethral diverticulum &amp; might require urologic intervention.

See below: Most likely explanation to explain a a relatively acute change in your normal voiding pattern (e.g. urgency, frequency, incontinence, burning) and accompanied by some blood would be a urinary tract infection (UTI). A stone passing from the lower ureter near the bladder another more remote possibility. Would recommend seeing or contacting a physician for further evaluation and treatment.

Complex: I would first check urine for an infection this would be a common complication.   If no infection then you should see a urologist.   It may be as simple as an overactive bladder but could also be a nerve issue preventing proper bladder function.   If you have had multiple vaginal deliveries it might be pelvic floor laxity causing distribution of the bladder.
