I have frequent urination and leak throughout the day. can i stop this somehow?

Complex: I would first check urine for an infection this would be a common complication. If no infection then you should see a urologist. It may be as simple as an overactive bladder but could also be a nerve issue preventing proper bladder function. If you have had multiple vaginal deliveries it might be pelvic floor laxity causing distribution of the bladder.
