Maxilla fracture: The answer to your question depends.  Such an injury may case pain, misaligned teeth, broken or missing teeth, bruising, swelling, or nose bleeds.  These are normally caused by trauma and they can be quite serious!

Depends on location: depending on the location and extent of the fracture, numbness of the cheek and bruising /swelling of the cheek and possibly gums/lining of the mouth are possible. You could have loose teeth, issues with the eye on that side, changes in how the teeth fit together and even sinus issues. You could have a depression of the cheek too. You should really discuss with your facial surgeon

Enuresis: First of all there are bunch of questions that need to addressed, how old is your daughter? Has she been toilet trained? If yes then for how long she was dry at night? Any daytime wetting? Any kind of stressor for her? Birth of new sibling? History of UTI in the past? Then starts testing urine, you said it was negative for uti, good. Start with timed midnig voiding, limiting fluids before bedtime.

Too soon...: Your body is just beginning to heal the fracture at this time.  Normally the fracture site is stable after 5-6 weeks, but then more bone will be laid down and then remodeled at the fracture site. Be patient, it's going to take a while.

i broke two bones in my foot and fractured another. is it possible for that to heal in two weeks time?

Not completely: Broke and fractured is the same thing. Two weeks is too soon for broken/fractured bone to heal.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

Correct treatment: Pilon fractures are devastating injuries to the tibial plafond. These fractures are notorious for wound complications, especially if opened within the first week. An external fixator is the appropriate treatment either temporarily or definitively depending on the fracture pattern. These are complicated fractures and frequently life-altering. Sounds like you are being treated appropriately.

i have two stress fractures on my knee they are opposite of each other and i have no idea how it happened. is this bad for me and is this uncommon?

Not commone in knee: Most stress fractures happen in the metatarsal bones of your foot with repetitive
activity such as running or marching in the 
military
while you can get them in other weightbearing bones in the legs they are not
very common.
You may get some blood tests to check on your underlying bone metabolism or even a bone density
fortunately most will heal fine with rest.

i fell and hurt my knee about a month ago it was bruise for a week. two days ago i fell on it again now its hurting but nt bruise is my knee fractured?
