I was in a car accident, and suffered a pilon fracture 3..and also had an exteral foliater...just wanted any info on either two?

An external fixator is the appropriate treatment either temporarily or definitively depending on the fracture pattern. These are complicated fractures and frequently life-altering. Sounds like you are being treated appropriately.
