Maxilla fracture: The answer to your question depends. Such an injury may case pain, misaligned teeth, broken or missing teeth, bruising, swelling, or nose bleeds. These are normally caused by trauma and they can be quite serious! I highly recommend you get some personal medical attention for this problem immediately.

Maxilla fracture: Maxillary (facial bone) fracture are frequently classified as LeFort I-III and may involve upper teeth and sinuses as well as orbital wall and even the cranifacial dissociation. The fracture depends on where it is. Often it may be asymptomatic but may be disfiguring. Your teeth may not fit properly, your cheek bone flattened, eye socket distorted with double vision. Clearly need a CT scan to eval.
