Sx's: Reasons for missed/late periods: low body weight, obesity, marked weight ^ or v, over-exercise, endurance athletics, breast-feeding, ^ stress, illness, eating disorders (bulimia or anorexia), anovulatory cycle (no egg released), travel, hormone irregularities, drug use, meds (i.e., birth control) or medical problems (i.e. PCOS). #1 reason is pregnancy.

BFN?: Did you have a confirmed positive pregnancy test?
If so and have had no vaginal bleeding then you are most likely still pregnant.  If you mean "Big Fat Negative"on a pregnancy test, then you are not pregnant.  I can't explain why you took 2 tests and got different results.  If you do not get your period in another week, take another test.  See your doctor for severe pain or heavy bleeding.

More time to tell: 2 weeks is just about when the pregnancy test becomes positive.  A little more time will make the answer much clearer.

Pregnant?: The best thing to do is get an over-the-counter pregnancy test.  If it is negative and your symptoms continue, you need to consult your physician.

Check a test: Many things can cause this but .if your period is late and is not normal.the first thing to do is check a pregnancy test and repeat it in 3-5 days if it is negative, If it is still negative, it is then time to look into things like medications,stress, exercise,diet,weight changes, and diseases such as thyroid disease, insulin resistance/diabetes, PCOS,adrenal problems, etc. Hope this helps.

Severe cramps?: Having late, irregular or missed periods is a common side-effect of Nexplanon.  You shouldn't be surprised when this happens.  Severe cramping may not have anything to do with the Nexplanon.  It could be something else.  If it is persistent, you should be evaluated in person by your doc.  Best wishes!

Period pain: Menstrual pain can be caused by blood clots being forced through the cervical canal, which ends up being painless when the clot is passed. This kind of pain can produce slight nausea, but so can "endometriosis". See your healthcare provider for advice, but at 32, many menstrual symptoms are increased. Oral bcp may assist in reducing these pains.

Pregnancy test: If you had sex since your last period, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex if you have sex.
