Severe cramps?: Having late, irregular or missed periods is a common side-effect of Nexplanon. You shouldn't be surprised when this happens. Severe cramping may not have anything to do with the Nexplanon. It could be something else. If it is persistent, you should be evaluated in person by your doc. Best wishes!
