More time to tell: 2 weeks is just about when the pregnancy test becomes positive. A little more time will make the answer much clearer.

No: Apregnancy test would be postivie if you are 13 days late. If you had bleeding two weeks ago then it sounds like you had your period right on time and are in fact no late at all.
