Blood clot: Blood clots form at the bottom of the socket after a tooth is removed. They normally do not fall out although they can be pulled out by over vigorous rinsing soon after an extraction.
Sometimes a clot does not form creating a dry socket.  Symptoms of this would be severe pain, pus, bad odor.

If painful,: You need to return to the dentist so that the socket can be packed with a dressing.  If bone is exposed and there is severe pain, it could be dry socket. If no pain, there is likely enough residual clot covering the socket. Best to ask the dentist who did the extraction.

Slow leakage: These are formally known as an exophtic hematoma, aka "liver clot." they occur when inadequate hemostasis, such as biting on a sterile gauze, is not maintained long enough.  The bleeding continues at a slow pace and then the blood coagulates outside of the socket.

: The open hole could be from a large tooth that was extracted and is normal .No pain is good sign that no dry socket is present. Keep area clean by rinsing with peroxide and water and go back to dentist foe a post op. visit.

Post op issue: Have it looked at by the dentist who extracted it. This is normally considered part of routine free follow up aftercare.

at seven days post wisdom tooth extraction, while rinsing my mouth with salt water, a brown object, which looked like a scalp, fell out of my mouth. i looked into my mouth and saw the bottom wisdom tooth extraction site lost the cover. is this okay?

Wisdom tooth scalp: I have never heard of a wisdom tooth scalp.  Need more info. Maybe u mean scab? Give us more details. Scab would be normal after extraction. Or did they pack it with something to stop bleeding and that is what you saw. Discuss with ur dentist.

RCT or Extraction: Whether to do RCT or extract a tooth depends upon many factors and not purely the age of the patient (which is the only information given to us). It depends on whether it is an upper or lower tooth, an anterior or posterior tooth, infected or not, integrity of the tooth, occlusion, the development of the permanent tooth etc. A Pedodontist and Orthodontist can confer with each other and advise you.

Jaw pain: it is difficult to determine the  source of pain. Many dentists like to label all postoperative pain as "dry socket" not knowing exactly what it actually is. Certainly an ulcer can be very painful, and it takes a skilled examiner to determine IF the pain resembles dry socket, or if it is superficial like ulcers. See an oral surgeon.
