had transvaginal us.. showed several fibroids. rt ovary normal. lft ovary with a complex cystic lesion measuring 4.2 x 3.6 x 3.5.  what could this mean . my symptoms are heavy bleeding with large clots and bleeding most of the time. endometrium measures 8

Ovary: Heavy bleeding with fibroids is common; you can address with yoru doctor how to handle this. An 8mm endometrium is very non-specific, in other words it's almost certainly normal. A complex cystic mass is more concerning: it could range from irrelevant to worrisome. You need to discuss this with your doctor in person.

hi. i have a large simple cyst on my ovary. originally close to 7 cm now its shrunk in two days to 5.8 cm. should i worry? i had a us showing simple cyst no torsion. i know its large but it appears to be shrinking?

: Favorable features are your age, a functioning cyst, shrinking of the cyst and no symptoms. Repeat ultrasound followup seems reasonable but your gynecologist can advise you best.

Metformin &amp; Progeste: Try Metformin and natural progesterone cream (or Prometrium).  Metformin, 500 mg three times daily, is the drug of choice for polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).  The herb Berberine, in the same dose, can add to Metformin's effectiveness.  Also, progesterone will help shrink an ovarian cyst.  This combination may help you avoid surgery.

Ovarian Cyst: Hemorrhagic ovarian cysts are quite common. Many produce no symptoms at all, but others may cause pain in mid-cycle, especially if they rupture. Occasionally, large ones can rupture suddenly and be an acute emergency. If you are concerned, i would definitely discuss the matter  again with your gynecologist.

Dermoid cysts: You need to see your gyn surgeon.  You need surgery.  Not exactly certain about why you would feel nauseated but certainly a large cyst can produce pain which can radiate to the vagina.

You stated the size: The cyst is 4x3.5 cm or about 1and 5/8 inches by 1and 3/8 inches.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Nothing: Many times, there are no symptoms.  However, if the cysts get big (e.g. More than 4cm. Generally) or bursts, varying degrees of pain may develop.  Nausea, vomiting and other non-specific GI symptoms (e.g. Bloating) can also be seen at times.
