I don't believe it: You're 20 and too young to have really grasped the extent   of deception in this world. Most physicians think that the "scientific studies" showing a link between cancer and talcum powder are the result of recall bias -- ask a question the right way, and you'll get results that aren't true. If you believe all the scare stuff online and from lawyers, you'll end up unable to do anything.

No: There is no evidence that Cocaine causes ovarian cancer.  Cocaine is bad for your health for many reasons, but not this one!

Not usually: The ovaries are closer to you groin and not likely to refer pain to the tail bone. There are exceptions such as metastatic disease that directly effects the tail bone or causes irritation to the nerves that lead to the tailbone.

Menses (periods): Are caused by pitutary driving ovaries to produce estrogen, and then develop eggs to burst from ovary for fertilization.  Uterine lining builds with estrogen stimulation, when estrogen stops, the linig shed.  This does not necessarily change with an ovarian cancer on either side.

Unlikely: Hemorrhage occurs routinely in the cyst formed at ovulation. While a hemorrhagic cyst can be the result of a cancer, hemorrhagic cyst, per se, does not cause cancer.

Not known: Bloating is a non-specific symptom. While it may occur with ovarian cancer, it occurs far more often without it.

can arimidex (anastrozole) cause ovarian cancer

Highly unlikely: Although Arimidex (anastrozole) can cause many side effects, it is not known to significantly increase risk or cause ovarian cancer. It is a relative new medicine and so this may change in the future when more data becomes available (more patients treated with it and their outcomes).
Obviously you need to weight the risks/benefits when taking any medication, especially chemotherapy agents.
