No: There is no evidence that Cocaine causes ovarian cancer. Cocaine is bad for your health for many reasons, but not this one!

No: Unaware of even one case report linking the two. Heavy use of smoked Cocaine has been linked to lung cancer, but it is difficult to separate this from the usual heavy tobacco smoking that Cocaine smokers also engage in. But ovarian cancer, no.
