Labial adhesions: For my patients with labial adhesions, I usually recommend using a q-tip with some k-y jelly on it to gently separate the adhesions.

If done gently and just on the adhesions, there is no reason it should affect the urethra or hymen

Surgical separation: Labial adhesions or vaginal synechia  where labia of both sides get adherent in midline , causing urinary symptoms , seen in prepubertial females , surgically dissected and separated , also occasionally seen in sexually inactive females and elderly. Initial non surgical treatment  done with estrogen ; steroid creams

Maybe nothing: Unless the adhesion is causing problems, it's best to leave it alone — in time, it usually goes away on its own.

should we go see a endocrinologist?

Not necessarily: Labial adhesions are not uncommon in small children and an endocrinologist isn't needed since a low estrogen level is normal at 3 years of age. These can be associated with being too vigilant about keeping the area clean. They are easily addressed with topical estrogen cream and will resolve as she ages. Hope this helps.

at 3wks my daughter had labial adhesion we have always used the estrogen cream she is 3 now and i'm wondering why we're still having this problem ?

Labial adhesions ...: Can sometimes be gently massaged apart in the office, but sometimes we have to do it under anesthesia. Once the adhesions are lysed, we have the parents massage estrogen cream into the raw interlabial area a couple of times a day. That usually helps the skin and mucosa there toughen up so that the labia will not re-adhere. If the adhesions were never lysed to begin with, that may need to be done.

Yes: A laceration could cause labial adhesions but this can also occur spontaneously in young girls and not be associated with trauma.  It is usually treated with estrogen.  Do not forcefully pull it apart as this is very painful and could cause additional scarring.  Although this is generally an easy problem to care for she should see a doctor.

is thier any side effect using premarin (conjugated estrogens) cream for 2 yrs old baby with labial adhesion ! is thier a possibility of coming back after treatment !

Pediatrician: Definitely review this thearpy with a pediatrician- these adhesions can be treated at various ages. Not certain if I would agree with premarin (conjugated estrogens) cream in a 2 year old.

Same as Scarring: Adhesion, like adhesive means to stick together.  Internal organs in the peritoneal cavity or in joints and other anatomical locations can stick together.  This is usually via   fibrous tissue the body uses to repair itself after injury.  The injury is surgery.  In surgery, we must cut through various tissues and the body reacts with adhesion formation, just as your skin heals together with a cut.
