Concerta: You need to discuss this with your medical provider but you may not be on a high enough dose yet. Some people may respond at 36mg but many will not.

Abortion: I understand you are thinking abortion. I don't even know whether it's an option in kuwait at all. Also, think twice before you decide on that, as it is not without possible short and long term consequences. It may even turn out to be her only pregnancy. If you are determined to have it done, you would need to research available options locally.

hi doctors i'm did hiv combo test at day 33 and repeat it at day 37 all result was negative should i repeat the test at 42 days which is equal to 6 weeks ?

i'm asked doctor in kuwait and he says " your test is conclusive " this is true ? or not?

: These tests are almost always conclusive by 4 weeks, but 6 weeks is required for truly conclusive result.

Let me clarify..: If you are hyperthyroid, you should be treated for hyperthyroidism. The medication you are taking blocks the effect of too much thyroid but it doesn't treat the thyroid. Either medication, which are beta blockers, may benefit as far as treating the symptoms such as rapid heart rate but they do not treat the problem.

: Get out of your room and find outdoor activities to occupy your time and provide pleasure. Engaging in games with your friends would help. You may take up cycling, hiking, tennis, and volunteering at your local hospital. If that does not help, consider consulting a psychiatrist.
