Abortion: I understand you are thinking abortion. I don't even know whether it's an option in kuwait at all. Also, think twice before you decide on that, as it is not without possible short and long term consequences. It may even turn out to be her only pregnancy. If you are determined to have it done, you would need to research available options locally.

Abortion.: Early first trimester medical abortion regimens use Mifepristone in combination with a prostaglandin analog up to 9 weeks gestational age. Mifepristone-misoprostol combination regimen and surgical abortion has very little difference in terms of safety and efficacy in the early first trimester abortions. Regimen , and vaccume aspiration.

Medical : If you have access to a medical abortion, that would be able to be performed sooner. It consists of a pill, mifepristone, followed by another pill, misoprostol. Different doctors have different regimens for this type of procedure. Some will confirm pregnancy with an ultrasound. If you prefer a surgical termination, you'll have to wait for around 6-7 weeks after your wife's last period.
