I recommend you see a doctor as well, and a psychologist as soon as possible.  I suggest you talk to a friend or relative about this who can be aware of this today.  If you think you will hurt yourself then go to er now.

People usually aren't motivated to stop  thinking about things that bring them

U can go 2 an er, call a hotline (samaritans or other hotlines 4  people with depression) or call a local mental health clinic. Tell them i are guilt ridden and feeling suicidal and they will help u sort things out. Holidays can b difficult times for people who ate feeling depressed. Therapy: Have you had an x-ray and an MRI done of your spine and still no cause for pain found?  It may be worthwhile to try 4-6 weeks of chiropractic or physical therapy to see if the pain can improve.  There are times when doctors just can't come up with the answers right away, unfortunately.
