Suicide thoughts: I agree w dr. Krauser. If you have a significant urge to act on your thoughts or you are frightened by your thoughts - then you should get help now at your nearest emergency room. If a friend or relative takes you that is great (less chance of backing out). If you need to call 911 for transport due to imminent risk - please do so. You need help. You deserve help.
