Why is my back hurting in the top center it is killing and i have searched for every thing?

Therapy: Have you had an x-ray and an MRI done of your spine and still no cause for pain found? It may be worthwhile to try 4-6 weeks of chiropractic or physical therapy to see if the pain can improve. There are times when doctors just can't come up with the answers right away, unfortunately.
