There is no drug: named morvin. Do you mean morphine? If you have an opiate addiction you should get help from a rehabilitation facility. Call a hot line or social service agency for local recommendations.

Compromise?: The long-acting implanted devices (Implanon, Paragard &amp; Copper T) are extremely effective but must be inserted and removed by a professional. The pill, patch &amp; vaginal ring are less effective, but you can stop them at any time Fertility resumes within 3 months, sometimes in the first cycle.  Depo-provera is equally effective but fertility won't resume for at least 3 months after the last shot.

PCP: Although ketamine has limited medical uses  today, it is formulated in some compounded preparations of topical analgesia. I do not know if it has currently other fda approved medical applications. Phencyclidine, or ketamine was formally a drug of abuse, imparting superhuman strength to those that were abusing it for recreational purposes. Anger-yes, irrational delusional behavior-yes, illegal-yes.

Previous 24 hours: Many times this senerio  relates to activity in tthe previuous days activities. If you have been doing something that inflames the joints or muscles you may not have noticed while you are active and when you sleep the inflammation effect are noticed  as the active movement ceases. It could also be your mattress . Try other mattresses and try 800 mg advil (ibuprofen) prior to bed.

Emergency contraception
* 0.75 mg PO within 72 hrs of intercourse, then repeat 0.75 mg PO after 12 hrs of 1st dose
* Alternate: 1.5 mg PO within 72 hrs of intercourse
* Note: Consider repeating the dose if vomiting occurs within two hours of taking the tablet
So taking another dose shd not cause problems. May cause nausea.

Dementia: Commonly the elderly begin to have mini-strokes and their brain get's damaged. We call this dementia.  It sounds like her condition is causing you harm.  I am unsure what resources you have where you live, but she may do well to be on medications for dementia and/or put in a safe nursing home so that this condition does no further damage to your spirit.

Likely simple: Pain in the back that improves with exercise and stretching is most likely muscle tension and or spasms. You might investigate proper body mechanics while sleeping and assess your mattress for adequate support. Advil (ibuprofen) may also help but check with your doc if it persists or before taking any med long term.
