While Kasseri is unpasteurized, it is hard and there are many anecdotal reports about eating it safely in pregnancy. Unlikely : The link between any food and acne is controversial at best and most find it insignificant. You can always have a personal intolerance or allergy to a specific food, which is a problem, but acne is not a likely result.

Pregnancy: I'm not a fan of taking anything like those during pregnancy. I feel a good prenatal multivitamin and nutritious diet suffice. I also feel all medications and supplements should be ok'd by your obstetrician. He/she and your pharmacist can advise you further and answer your question.

The greens are!: The humble turnip  is a root vegetable and it's not very high in nutrients.  But turnip greens, the part most people toss out, well, that's a whole 'nuther story. They are a good source of vitamin a vitamin c vitamin k calcium, folate (folic acid) and lutein.

Therefore they must be good and I do not see a medical problem with both of them.

Rice: Though uncommon, pumpkin and its derivatives can cause an allergy as can various types of rice. There is no reason to expect that the more aromatic wehani rice would be an exception. Rice allergy as a whole is rare.

REALLY UNHEALTHY!!!: This is recipe for disaster. Potatoes are in the environmental working group's dirty dozen foods-they're high in pesticides if not organic & are readily converted to sugar so raise blood sugar, causing weight gain & increased risk of diabetes. Generic "vegetable oil" is almost certainly corn, soy or canola which are all gmo if not organic & very toxic, fried potatoes have carcinogenic acrylamides.

Yes: Fish in  general are healthy.  Tilapia is not a fatty fish and doesn't contain as much healthier Vitamin D like salmon, herring, mackerel.  It helps with daily omega needs which the body doesn't make and helps to lower cholesterol.

Expensive Candy Bars: Most of the so called healthy bars are no more than expensive candy bars with some vitamins thrown in to fool the uninformed public. Do yourself a favor - if you are hungry, eat real food. If you are not hungry don't eat. If you are trying to lose weight avoid starches and sugars and eat nutrient dense foods like low starch vegetables and lean meats.
