Not a usual side ef:  This is not a usual side effect of Depakote. It may be coming from something else.

Exercise: Pregnant or not, gentle exercise is the best treatment for fibromyalgia pain. Look into prenatal yoga classes, or tai chi classes. Or simply take a 30 minute walk each day.

Yes, but: Frequent, severe seizure activities may cause some joint problems, espcially tmj...But generally not. 
It is also possible to dislocate a joint, such as shoulder, but not common...
If, however, it is causing fall/trauma to joints, problems can develope, but this is rare. Otherwise, seizure activities themselves should not cause joint problems unless you already have underlying joint diseases...

Which pills?: If you mean drugs like motrin, alleve, etc than GI bleeding can occur especially after long periods of therapy. If your other medications can cause a decrease in coagulation (blood clotting) adding a Motrin like drug can make the clotting time longer. Check  with your physician or pharmacist.

Shouldn't: Those joints are denervated, and the cartilage that would inflame and hurt has been removed.

-Other- joints may hurt, but not those that have been replaced.

i would start with some advil (ibuprofen) or aleve
you might require a prescription nsaid
to get the best result with the least side
effects.
