No: This usually does not happen. There may have been an underlying issue that presented itself with the symptoms after the stress test.  Seek the help of board-certified allergists to further evaluate this problem.

hello sir , i test 4th gen ag/ab combo after 59 days of exposer...and result non-reactive..but i have joint pain,white tongue ,loose of appetit and noisy stomach....stress and anxity kill me..no sleep..no eat..also losse weight..what i shoud do ?

: Negative HIV AgAb tests are 100% reliable more than 42-45 days after the last possible exposure, and the results overrule all symptoms and exposure history.  No matter how high the risk at the time exposure or how typical of ARS symptoms might be, your test proves you do not have HIV. Something else is causing these symptoms, and they aren't typical of HIV anyway. See a doctor if they continue.

Unclear: The symptoms could be due to multiple conditions. Meet with your primary care physician to check for medical issues (lyme disease, arthritis, lupus to name a few that come to mind). Rule things out and consider psychotherapy if medical conditions are not the issue.

Neuropathy: Stress is not a cause of neuropathy.
Emg testing and neurologic testing will help give a diagnosis of the sorce of neuropathy. 
Xrays will help determine if the joint pain is due to arthritis or inflammaton - 
the myoclonic jerking should be evaluated by EMG and neurologic testing.

Corn Sugar Pain: Soft drinks (not tea) is comprised of corn surgar (the replaced the natural surgar many years ago).  The body does not digest this corn sugar and it can cause a multiple of bodily dysfunctions.  I know of a friend that was told he had 3 months to live due to his medical problems.  He totally got off of soft drinks and his body regained normal health over months. That was 7 years ago and he lives.

Low right hand joint: Pain?  Not sure what is meant. Hand joint pain commonly is a symptom of arthritis, trauma, inflammation and infection . Arthritis whether it be osteoarthritis , inflammatory arthritis or gouty or pseudo gout in nature typically has pain swelling tightness as a common symptom.

Nondiagnostic: These symptoms may very well be related to stress and anxiety, but an examination by your physician would be helpful, and if felt necessary, a referral for stress management therapy as well as a gastroenterology consultation can be made for help with tension headaches and irritable bowel syndrome.
