yesterday and today i have had chest, shoulder, jaw, and neck pain on my right side, not my left...could i be having heart problems?

Not likely: There's no way to know for certain without an exam and an ECG.  However at your age, and with symptoms that are not typical, it is unlikely.  Still, if the problem persists I'd recommend seeing a physician.

Yes: given your age and assuming no risk factors (diabetes, HTN, smoking, birth control pills) and a normal echocardiogram - it is probably related to your anxiety attacks.

Exam: You must be examined. Your symptoms cannot realistically be diagnosed online. Use Tylenol (acetaminophen) instead of Motrin and call for an appointment.

Yes: There are many reasons for getting dizzy, such as a drop in heart rate or blood pressure, hyperventilation, or even drop in blood sugar.  But i recommend at your age, that you avoid alcohol, caffeine and keep yourself well hydrated and go see your md to have yourself checked out for all above issues.

iron lowest ever been (60) but ferritin is still good at 160. why is this? can this explain my symptoms of difficulty breathing and head pounding? no covid, heart problems, thyroid, etc?

: Iron or ferritin levels have no effect on exercise tolerance or breathing difficulty -- only if low enough to be causing severe iron deficiency anemia, and iron level of 60 isn't nearly low enough to do it. This is something that needs in-person medical attention. If your symptoms are severe or sudden onset, get care immediately. Good luck.

Shaking: the described symptoms and features are not typical of cardiac issues.  Perhaps you are experiencing rigors, a temperature check would greatly helped in narrowing down the differential list, physical symptoms off an illness might be exaggerated due to your history of anxiety

i'm 27 and was diagnosed with hypertension at 12. i was born with heart problems. i was recently switched from losaritan 25mg to bystolic 5mg twice a day. why am i still seeing 135-140/80's when i wake up in the morning. should i worry?

: Blood pressure is usually high in the morning (before you take your AM dose) due to the surge of major fighting hormones (adrenaline, cortisol, etc). If it comes down to below 130/80 most of the day you should be fine.

my mother is 45 years old. not overweight, not smoker and no past problems. i noticed her heart rate is almost always around 90, and sometimes through the day its in the 120s. she says she feels fine. could she have undiagnose heart problems?

Doctor can evaluate: Persistent heart rate above 100 usually mean something might be wrong. Teens and adults with a bit of dehydration due to minor illnesses, or moderate dehydration due to bad stomach flu, will have higher heart rates while ill. Hyperthyroidism or anemia causes higher heart rates too. Excitement, anxiety, exercise, and heart disease all can raise heart rates. Her doctor can evaluate.

Thus, it's best to see your doctor for a thorough history and physical exam, along with appropriate testing, to make sure you're not having a serious heart problem.  With that said, most healthy people will experience, occasional skipped (premature) beats, that are very rarely serious.
