See below: There is no specific medication for Covid-19. If you get fever or pain, you may take paracetamol. Drink plenty of fluid like fruit juice. Wear a mask, stay away from other people , practice hand hygiene. If you develop breathing difficulty, go to the nearest hospital, immediately.

Safe: Not really a medical question or answer but as a fellow gym junkie whey is safe. Two grams protein per KG is a good start so 150 g per day. Try limiting cardio and using a basal calorie expenditure calculator to figure weight gain if that is your goal.

Sounds like: Tmj or temporo mandibular joint arthritis.  Talk to your doctor or dentist about it.  It can progress to a point where you can't even open your mouth.  It can be successfully treated when it is not too bad.
