: He may have low blood pressure when standing up (orthostatic hypotension), especially if he is on antihypertensive medication or medication for prostate problem. 
Sugar level of 193 should not cause any symptom except he has lost significant volume because of uncontrolled hyperhyperglycemia which can also cause orthostatic hypotension or exacerbate this adverse effect from the above medications.

Blood,mucus in BM: Blood in a bowel movement is abnormal &amp; should be investigated. It can simply be from a hemorrhoid but other possibilities include anal fissure, Inflammtion of rectum(proctitis), inflammatory bowel disease,growths in colon or rectum, diverticulosis of the descending colon. Mucus is often seen in irritable bowel syndrome. Fatigue &amp; thirst warrant blood tests and general medical examination. See MD

On antibiotics?: If on antibiotics for more than 24 hours, then by current medical convention, no.  As a side note, I am not aware of any study that confirms or denies this practice, but that is how i handle it for kids in school, adults going back to work, etc.
