PSVT: Paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia. A general term but is the most common used.

Svt: You may have supraventricular tachycardia. You may need to wear a cardiac holter monitor to get a better idea of the process. If a specific rhythm is identified you may need beta blocker rx.

I will call it: Spontaneous transient tachycardia that could be sinus and or supraventricular. Are you having symptoms when it happen? A 24 holter monitor test could be diagnostic. Ecg to r/o conduction abnormalities. And possibly stress test. I like stress 2d echocardiogram. Good history and physical by your doctor very important too to r/o conditions like hyperthyroidism, anxiety attacks, coffee, etc.
