i had a circumcision on wednesday and this morning noticed that the skin of my penis below the bandage has turned purple. it looks a bit like burst blood vessels but i'm not sure - should i return to the emergency room?

my boyfriend put condom on yesterday and he was going penetrated me then condom broke he knew he was not all the way in my vagina could i be pregnant he we didnt continue and i dont know if precum was on condom ?

Low risk, not zero: Contrary to common belief, pregnancy risk from pre-ejaculate fluid (pre-cum) is very low. Without ejaculation of semen into the vagina, conception is very unlikely. Not zero risk, but the chance of pregnancy from any single event like this is very low. However, you shouldn't be relying only on condoms anyway; most women who do so eventually get pregnant. Please get onto proper contraception.

my 92 year old mom has cataracts,she is very healthy otherwise..  perfect blood sugar and no diabetes, but my sister thinks just eating sugar caused her to get them, can this be true, or is it just a natural aging problem?

im just done with calrithromycin; metronidazole and amoxicillin (14 days course) ; can i go back to tadalafil 5mg that interact with these medications right away or should i wait until antibiotics are eliminated from my system?

: You can safely resume tadalafil within 24 hours after the last dose of clarithromycin. There is no interaction with amoxicillin.

need 2nd opinion re whether uterine biopsy is needed for post meno period. u/s results: enlarged uterus, 9.0x4.5x6.3 cm w/ heterogeneous appearing myometrium, possible adenomyosis is considered in right clinical setting.  endometrium normal 3 mm. ?

Biopsy good idea: Just because there is concern for Adenomyosis and the endometrium is 3 mm's, Endometrial or Tubal CA can easily cause post menopausal bleeding. The endometrial biopsy will tell the MD and you what NOT to consider as to the cause of the bleeding which is far more important right now then what IS causing the bleeding.

i been felling burning sensation in vagina after urinating and shower,urinary test came negative and only piridium was prescribed because no itching or discharge, can this be a yeast infection only with the burning symptom

Possibly: or could be postmenopausal atrophic vaginitis. If persists get checked by your doctor for best treatment plan.

Vaginosis: Vaginosis or other infections can lend a fishy odor to your genitalia. Please see your doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.  And don't be ashamed, biology is biology.

Good: Baby shampoo is well tolerated by the eyes and will help to cleanse the eyelids when you have blepharitis. Warm compresses and eyelid massage will also help. Flaxseed oil by mouth will also help.

what to do if i'm having surgery number two for a j-pouch, is there anything i should do to prepare?

Yes read about it: If you already has ileostomy stoma ,You  experienced difficulty of frequent bag changes   Once you have pouch you don't need to do , but has to learn how to evacuate the contents  with out getting injured .  The stomal care team and your doctor will teach you your life style will be better   Good Luck .
