Not available: Zenapax brand of daclizumab; a humanized monoclonal anti-cd25 antibody; is no longer produced.  As far as i know it was never generic or produced by other than the novartis company.

: Osteomyelitis can be a chronic illness, and may require a different antibiotic regimen or eventual surgery.  Obtain a second opinion from NC University or Duke departments of orthopedics for guidance.

: No concern. Probably you'll have a bruise, but otherwise no harm.

No. : Prolia is a subcutaneous injection. There are other osteoporosis treatments, such as reclast, (zoledronic acid) which is given by IV infusion. They treat the same thing but are very different drugs.

I doubt it: If you believed all the claims made for lactoferrin supplement pills, you'd be reading uncritically. There are some real studies that support the use of this germ-killer to make episodes of bacterial diarrhea shorter in children. If you are being treated for iron deficiency, please make sure you understand why & that the cause has been addressed. Stay proactive & good luck.

Very Unlikely: A few bubbles in your iv are harmless. If you are having chest pain or shortness of breath  or stroke like symptoms then go to the emergency room.

Two infusions: There are two possible. One is Remicade (infliximab) which treats both an underlying disease such as rheumatoid arthritis as well as the sjogrens. The other is immunoglobulin particularly to treat the neuropathy associated with sjogrens, but this is very expensive.
