IUI: pregnant?: IUI is useful if the male sperm count is low, or if using artificial insemination.  If ovulation is detected by a simple test, seven days later, you might see some spotting when implantation occurs, and in another seven days, breast tenderness and water retention will begin. Obtain a serum HCG test (very accurate) 21 days after IUI, to be certain pregnancy has occurred.

3 weeks: A urine pregnancy test, done correctly, gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex or insemination (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon, and thus lead to a repeat test. If a woman gets her normal regular period, then she is not pregnant.

Not necessarily: symptoms of early pregnancy vary widely among women from no symptoms at all to morning sickness, vomiting, sore breasts from early on. Urine pregnancy tests will become positive as early as one week after conception.

Brown = blood: Brown vaginal discharge usually indicates a small amount of blood. This is not rare after IUI. No conclusions regarding the success or failure of IUI can be drawn from the symptom of small amounts of spotting.

Hormones: From a Research article from 2012 induced hyperthyroidism of rats caused lowering of FSH however increase in LH. The study did not study estrogen levels. Femara is an aromatase inhibitor and lowers estrogen levels. Your reproductive specalist may be taking this into account. However, it would seem that both hyperthyroid and Femara would have an effect on your homeostasis.

Don't worry: Please do not be very worried; white discharge 12 d.P.O. Doesn't mean anything bad; it also doesn't mean anything about whether you are pregnant or not. You can test in the next day or so, best of luck!
